    General Bookings

    You can reserve a table online or just give the restaurant a call directly. London Bridge only takes bookings of up to 4 Monday to Thursday, you can book at any time for our other restaurants.

    Can I change my reservation?

    If your booking details have changed amend or cancel your original online booking and re-book with the updated details. You can cancel by clicking on the link in your booking confirmation email. Alternatively, you can give the restaurant a call.

    Can I bring my dog?

    Our Battersea and Richmond restaurants allow dogs in some parts of the restaurant, and of course if you are dining al fresco then dogs are welcome at all locations.

    All our restaurants our kid friendly, we have high chairs in every Brindisa Tapas and South Kensington, Battersea and Richmond have dedicated kids menus.

    Please inform your waiter of any allergies, intolerances or dietary choices when you arrive.  Some requirements may involve us informing our chefs and wherever possible, we will cater for special dietary requests. You can view our allergens here or ask for a printed copy in our restaurants where a member of staff will be happy to discuss it with you.

    We have plenty of vegan and vegetarian options available. We also have plenty of gluten free, dairy free and nut options but we use a lot of these ingredients in our our kitchen so cannot guarantee that they will be free from cross-contamination.

    Is your meat halal?

    Our meat options are not halal at the moment. However, we do offer a range of meat-free and vegetation options throughout our menu that you can enjoy as an alternative.

    When and where are your set menus available?

    We have a variety of set menus available for groups of 10+ that are available at all our locations except London Bridge. For any queries or dietary request please get in touch.

Staff & Service Charge

    Service Charge

    Our teams are the nuts and bolts of what makes us Brindisa by bringing you their warmth and expertise and we add an optional* 13.5% service charge onto the bill that is shared between all team members. Please ask your server to remove this charge if you do not wish to pay gratuity.

    *Service charge is optional for all bookings except private dining rooms and events.

    Do your restaurants have disabled access

    All of our restaurants have disabled access and loos, though Soho and London Bridge are quite small sites and therefore wheelchair dining might be more challenging. Our bigger locations at South Kensington, Battersea and Richmond are much more suitable. We are joining up with Let’s Go Out to help us do everything we can to maximise our accessibility.

    Hard of hearing?

    If you’re hard of hearing, please note that our venues can get quite noisy when busy, particularly London Bridge.
