Blended: Compass Box x Brindisa Tapas
Scotch whisky and Spanish food might not be the obvious pairing, but sometimes the best evenings come from thinking outside the box.
For one night only, we’re joining our neighbours at Compass Box, the whisky makers known for blending aged whiskies from more than 40 of Scotland’s finest distilleries. Our Chef Director, Angel Zapata Martin, has created five courses especially for the evening, each built around one of their blends so the food and whisky bring out the best in each other.
The Compass Box team will talk you through each whisky as it’s poured, and Angel will share the thinking behind every dish. Your ticket includes a welcome cocktail, five courses with whisky pairings, half a bottle of wine and a goody bag to take home.
There’s one seating and just 20 places, so we’d recommend booking early.
