From Soho to Southbank, the streets of London are alive with sunshine and celebration – and at Brindisa Tapas, the new summer menu 2025 has arrived, brimming with vibrant seasonal produce and the spirited tastes of Spain.

This season, we’re spotlighting dishes that capture the essence of a Spanish summer – Esqueixada with salted cod and black olives, chilled gazpacho bursting with the ripe Penjar tomatoes, or the rich Carrilleras ibéricas, slow-cooked pork cheeks in a bold red wine reduction.

Fresh seafood, sun-kissed vegetables, and smoky grilled meats – each plate tells a story of land, sea, and heritage, crafted for long, leisurely evenings and spontaneous gatherings.
